When Can I Expect to Receive my Photos?
Photos are delivered the next day under our “next day guarantee” or they’re on us. (Friday Shoots delivered on Monday)
Do You Charge a Travel Fee?
Orders may be subject to a travel fee ($1.25/Round Trip Mile) if 15+ miles beyond Auburn University or beyond the ‘Lake Martin Area’ (Contact us for a specific quote)
Do I Need to Be On-Site For the Shoot?
We are able to access lockboxes and service your property without you being present. Simply input the necessary access instructions in the order you submit. (Unfortunately, we cannot accomadate CBS lockbox codes)
